ABOUT
Kate joined the intellectual property profession in 2018 after completing a Masters in Physics and Astrophysics. She has trained and worked at two leading UK patent firms and became a consultant at the start of 2025. When qualifying as a UK Patent Attorney, Kate was awarded the Gill Prize for the highest aggregate score in the UK qualifying examinations.
Kate has experience in prosecuting and drafting patent applications in a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on applied AI, software, medical imaging, medical devices and general mechanical inventions.
