ABOUT
Katrina has nearly 20 years of experience in prosecuting patents and trade marks worldwide and being involved in contentious IP actions. Katrina has managed many multi-national portfolios of patents and trade marks. She has experience dealing with a wide variety of clients from multi-national pharmaceutical companies to individual inventors.
Katrina has a great deal of experience before the European Patent Office and UK Intellectual Property Office, successfully representing clients at oral proceedings before the Examining Division, Opposition Division and Technical Board of Appeal at the European Patent Office.
Katrina is an Honorary Lecturer at University of Dundee.
