With over 20 years in the profession, Mark is well placed to advise clients in all aspects of intellectual property.
Whilst Mark primarily handles cases in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, nutrition, medical devices and general mechanical, he has dealt with a wide range of technologies over the years.
Mark has successfully prosecuted a large number of patent, trade mark and design applications before the relevant authorities. He has a great deal of experience before the European Patent Office and UK Intellectual Property Office and has successfully represented clients at oral proceedings before the Examining Division, Opposition Division and Technical Board of Appeal at the European Patent Office.
Mark has a particular interest in freedom-to-operate work and regularly provides opinions in relation to both patent and trade mark infringement matters.
